ABOUT

Fairweather has been building homes in the rich landscape of Sonoma County since 1989. With our commitment to innovative modern design, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service, we have built a steadily growing list of satisfied clients.

We believe a successful outcome requires a holistic understanding of both the client’s needs and the design intent of the project. To this end, we work closely with the client and the architect from the initial consultation through completion.

Our estimating process is honest and transparent. During this process, we maintain open lines of communication with the client, giving them control and security at each step. We commit to a guaranteed maximum price to ensure peace of mind, and we use careful scheduling to avoid delays. As a result, we build homes at a great value to our clients.

Our planning and construction processes are highly efficient and sustainable without any sacrifice in quality. Sustainability is integral to our company DNA— green building practices have been a part of our processes since long before they came into widespread use. We install cutting-edge energy-efficient systems and recycle waste materials whenever possible.

At Fairweather we have always had a deep appreciation of excellent craftsmanship, and we therefore set the highest standards for ourselves. Our craftsmen are urged to perform the work as if they are working on their own home. Fairweather does not subcontract framing or finish carpentry work because that would lessen our ability to consistently deliver the quality of work for which we have become known. We take pride in this work and introduce our clients directly to our craftsmen so that they may share in the enthusiasm for their trade.

Fairweather’s transparent, efficient, and sustainable home-building process ultimately delivers a beautiful, modern living space at a high value to the client. For more information about working with Fairweather, please explore our site or contact Simon at simon@fairweather-assoc.com.
